Info

I wanted to explore how motion can shape a visual identity. I began the design process with motion, letting its rhythm and energy define the static design and guide the overall direction.I chose a change management company as my subject to challenge myself with a topic that might not seem suited to a motion-first approach. But I quickly realised it was a perfect fit as both motion and change management are about transformation, movement, and adaptability. The final identity is a flexible system of shapes that visually embodies change, built around morphing circles, dynamic rhythms, and gradients that symbolise transformation, collaboration and flexibility.
